It is rare to meet genuine good people in the business world who put there best foot forward and care about there customers well being. This is what I experience! They where knowledgeable about what they were doing and did the dang thang getting me back to work. I am most appreciative to their service and would recommend them to any and all electric vehicle drivers in their time of need.

Absolute best service in Indianapolis and a surrounding area. I was frustrated, scared and stuck by the side off the road on an exit ramp with cars speeding by me...in a Chevy bolt that I couldn't find a compatible charger for in downtown Indianapolis...they came fast and got rescued me. I'm bout to tell everyone I know about them!!! Thank you Curtis. I really appreciate you!

This family owned business was beyond helpful to me. God sent! They were so urgent to my emergency. It was late at night and Ashley was very kind, professional, & thorough when collecting my details. Mr. Curtis again very professional, knowledgeable, timely, reliable, & trustworthy. They treated my emergency like it was personal. I really appreciated their service, the quality, expertise, & generosity. They are truly people who care. They also are FAST RESPONDERS!!!! That’s everything when your car runs out of charge. Thank you all again.

Wow!!! What a God send this company was for me today!!! I got stuck in Indianapolis close to the airport on my way to pick up a passenger for my business. However, my 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona did not get plugged in correctly last night (unbeknownst to me) and I found myself scrambling to find a charging station. With only 5 mile range left I found a parking lot and turned car off. Said a prayer and found EV Indy Mobile Connect by googling. Ashley, the dispatch person, was so helpful and directed her dad to get right to me. I had only waited 15-20 mins while Ashley kept me on phone while instructing her dad, Curtis, to find me. He arrived and worked diligently to get a good charge of 100 miles to get me home to south of Columbus. He was so kind and then offered I could purchase an adapter from him for using the Tesla charging stations which are numerous in the airport area.
All in all, I was blessed to find this company and would highly recommend them to anyone finding themselves in a low charge situation.

This company was absolutely amazing. We were on our way back to the airport in the snow and our rental Tesla couldn’t make it up a slight incline. Many friendly motorists tried helping us but it was not possible. We ended up pulling over because we couldn’t make it to the nearest charging station. I called for a tow but then found EV Indy Mobile on google. I called and they said they could arrive likely within 45 mins. We were trying to catch a flight so we kept both the tow and EV Indy Connect enroute. The tow driver called and said he was 25 mins away so I called EV Indy Connect to cancel. I told them that tow driver was likely closer and that they could keep the payment I sent them since they had already been on the road coming to me. They refused to keep my payment and said that they couldn’t charge me if they didn’t provide me any service. I was very appreciative of them and again asked them to keep the payment but they politely declined.
25 minutes go by and the tow driver still hasn’t shown up. But guess who did show up? EV Indy Mobile still continued to me because they had a feeling the tow driver wasn’t as close as they said. The driver (Curtis) said his wife told him that he should still continue to me since the weather was terrible and we were hoping to make our flight. What amazing people that they thought about me and my daughter more than their business. They could have arrived to find us gone with the tow truck. But they came by just to make sure.
Curtis gave me a quick charge and made sure I had enough to make it to several charging stations. This whole time, the tow driver never showed up (I did try calling to cancel but they did not answer).
I would highly recommend this service if you’re ever in a pinch. Even their work van is really high end.
Again, very great people who made our terrible day, much brighter.

First of all GREAT family own and ran .... Talk to the daughter when my EV Van ran out of energy and Daughter was like we got you (very friendly) gave me prices and I was like I'll have you do it during normal hours and she was like ok. My Dad will call you tonight ans set it up.
Now dad calls and was super friendly and asked me some questions and he was very concerned for my van situation like it was one of his own vans or family member and it was all because we had a snow coming in and didn't want the battery ro lose all of what energy was left . This guy beat me to the van and was already charging it. Made sure he put enough charge so we can get to our next location l. Made sure to let us know if we have problems or didn't make it hes got us .Text me to make sure we made it and even told me where to go to get a fast charge.
Oh I forgot I also heard the CEO (wife) making hes on top of everything.
Highly recommend them for a bad situation of needing a charge. They will be there fast

Subject: Exceptional Service — Highly Recommend!
First of all, what a GREAT family-owned and operated business. I spoke with the daughter when my EV van ran out of energy, and she was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She gave me the prices, and I told her I’d have them do the service during normal hours. She said, “No problem — my dad will call you tonight to set it up.”
Her dad called later and was just as friendly. He asked a few questions and was genuinely concerned about my van’s situation — like it was one of his own vehicles or like he was helping family. With a snowstorm coming in, he didn’t want the battery to lose what little charge it had left.
He actually beat me to the van and was already charging it when I arrived. He made sure to put in enough charge so we could safely get to our next location. He also told us to call if we had any problems or didn’t make it — “I’ve got you,” he said. He even texted to make sure we arrived safely and told me exactly where to go for a fast charge.
And I have to mention — I overheard the CEO (his wife) making sure he was on top of everything. Love that family teamwork.
I highly, highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in a tough situation and need a charge. They respond fast, they care, and they truly go above and beyond.

Extremely friendly and prompt folks to work with, and I’m SO grateful for them. My insurance’s roadside assistant doesn’t offer anything other than a tow, but EV Indy was able to drive to my place of work and got me enough charge to get home.
Worthing knowing that if your car is of Japanese make and uses CHADdeMO, you will not be able to get a quick charge unless you have an adapter. I found that out the hard way, so don’t be me!

We were out-of-state in Indy on business. We needed a same day solution to our adapter issue. Long story short, they saved the day havin, and providing, the necessary part we needed. They are real down-to-earth people too which earns them bonus points, with all due respect. Thanks again and God bless

Amazing customer service. They really saved the day for me when my Tesla battery died. They got to my vehicle in 40 minutes and I was back on the road in a jiffy. Do not let Tesla Roadside Assistance fool you into paying them 500 dollars to to tow your Tesla to the nearest service center for a charge when Curtis, I’ll get you up and running in your own vehicle for a fourth of the cost!

EV Indy Mobile Connect is always there whenever I need them. I am admittedly a "I know my car" type of person and there have been days where I definitely DID NOT know how bad it was. EV Mobile has come through for me and has worked with me. They are communicative, timely and very helpful, not just in the service they provide but also in their character. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to fulfill emergency or leisure electric charging needs.
